Dr. Harvey,

I wanted to take a minute to compliment the receptionist at your office. I have visited the office twice in the last couple of weeks. Upon entering the lobby I've been greeted in a friendly manner from a young woman that seems so well suited for her responsibilities.

Rea embodies lovely qualities that make you feel welcome and at ease. Her professional manner, her tasteful dress and her engaging exchange is refreshing. (She's not chewing gum, sipping from a McDonalds cup and or eating a snack.) I have been a patient for a number of years and complement the courtesy of Rea and others there.

I just wanted to tell you "Thank-you" for putting up with me. I know that I must drive you crazy at times and I really do appreciate your patience with me. I am sorry that I did not get to meet you today but I am glad to hear that you are getting some time at Disney with your wife.

Dear Dr. Harvey,

I saw you for an initial visit on 02/12/08. I found you to be intelligent, perceptive and incredibly kind and empathetic in dealing with my skin concerns.

I have been wanting to send you a quick note to say...thank you thank you thank you for helping me. I am a patient who took your expert advice and went on the soak and smear approach for the skin on my arms and looks. Add one bottle of Derma-Smoothe/FS and I am now ready for Hollywood.

Seriously this treatment worked for me . And I no longer have folks saying ouu what happened to your arms. It is nice feeling with summer quickly approaching to be so much more comfortable and not continually scratching. And I will be able to wear short sleeves again.

Having multiple Melanoma's has been a great life challenge for me and it has brought a multitude of physicians trying to help me with all of the health changes. So when I go to a new doctor who is not only personable yet can fix something for me... I am truly delighted . Again thank you. See you in a couple of months for an all over check or just and over haul.
