Dear Valued Patients and Friends,

It is with deep sadness that I announce the closing of our Ponte Vedra and Fleming Island locations, effective June 17th, 2009. As you may know, I am changing my career path to pursue an academic fellowship this year at the University of Texas-Southwestern in Dallas.

I have thoroughly enjoyed serving the First Coast for the past 13 years. Many of you I have come to know as friends. I will always have a warm spot in my heart for Jacksonville and the Beaches and for the privilege of being able to care for you as your doctor.
